We have a local (statewide) lottery – which is supposed to fund higher education scholarships.  They advertise pretty heavily and I am in love with the current commercial.

These kids are just so stinkin’ cute.

“We can open channels to Eu-rope, A-sia, and even South America.”

Love it.
